When I first signed up for Thrive, I came across this feature first and I loved it. Basically the feature provides cognitive behavioral therapy by analysis of your moods. The feature tracks your mood and gives an overview of how your mood is. After this, it recommends relevant activities to ensure your mood is livened.
Being relaxed is a very important aspect of being stress free. No wonder many people say that sleep is therapeutic. Well, I’ll agree.
With Thrive: Feel Stress Free, you are exposed to a couple of relaxation techniques like meditation which has to be most favorite technique to super relaxing. As well, other techniques like calm breathing and deep muscle relaxation really help in achieving a great deal of calm.
Particularly, I engage in calm breathing whenever I feel anxious no matter the place and after perhaps 7 minutes of calm breathing, I’m back to thinking straight and feeling even calmer. Calm breathing helps to reduce anxiety thus you can engage in it just anywhere.
Most of the times during the night, I do a guided meditation on Thrive after reading or praying so that I can listen to my inner self declare to me and spice me up with great ideas. Actually, I really appreciate guided meditation since I hardly do it alone.

Play therapy is a treatment process that helps to confront stressful situations and to learn to deal with them. As much as play therapy is particularly useful for children, the process is equally important for adults too.

By combining these three techniques a couple of times a day, I have discovered that I can attain a level of calmness that that was previously missing.
