    • Yes Gavin, I understand that some people can get sensitive to their own sweat triggering more eczema flare ups. Perhaps you can go for laid back exercises like yoga and find chill poses.

  7. I’ll have to show my daughter this article. She has terrible skin at the moment but never leaves the house. Maybe a run and get some fresh air about her will do her skin the world of good.
