  1. So, according to my doctor, not everyone can get a six-pack. I remember having this discussion with him a while back, because I was working so hard to get one that showed 🙂 But, that hasn’t stopped me from trying :). I love all of your tips in here, and most of these I already use. While I don’t have a visible six-pack, I do have flat and strong abs 🙂 I have also found that having strong abs gives you better posture, helps support the lower back, and makes me feel stronger overall.   2. You are so right. Nutrition and diet are key here, as well as regular exercise. But don’t take my word for it – I have more of a keg than a 6 pack. One day… I’ll get there again.

  3. I’m not searching for a 6-pack, just toned-ish abs lol. I make smoothies and eat healthy but have never tried weights. I do have dumbbells so do that a bit at home. Yeah. I’ve slacked off on exercises in the past 2 months and really have to get my head and body back in the groove. A new month to begin it!

  7. Three of my favorite things are cucumbers, bananas and papaya so at least on a diet, I could achieve this channel. Weights and cardio are significant that is what my trainer says. I am old so sprinting is difficult for me.

  12. diet diet diet… I just want to eat what ever and have a flat stomach maybe even abs. oh the struggle of getting old and slowing metabolism ! Banana’s and Papaya’s are one of my favourite fruits.. I do need to start to exercise more!
