    I had no idea! When my eldest child was a baby I got a great book that highlighted what nutrition was in each food, but it didn’t have any antioxidant information. This is good to know.

    Ok, so I never knew quinoa helps with the growth of hair, but after realizing it’s full of protein and amino acids, it makes total sense. I’m going to buy some and mix it with tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, avocado chicken and bacon. Thanks for the heads up sis!
